Head Brewer: Aaron Jacob Smith is the third brewer at the Boundary Bay and has worked to maintain the recipes established by his predecessor and further sophisticate the palette of his clientele. Aaron has continually expanded his horizons, his appreciation of and expertise in beer and his mastery of the art of brewing. His talent and dedication provide the foundation for the Boundary Bay Brewing Company and contribute to the smiles on the faces of the patrons. If you haven't already, toast him with a Boundary Bay IPA.
Assistant Brewer: Steve Ellison started working at the Boundary Bay in 2002. He began homebrewing in 1988 in Holland and took his first position at a commercial brewery in 1999. I like hops but there needs to be a balance with the malt.
Assistant Brewer: Anthony Stone began work at the Boundary Bay in early 2005. He also got his start in homebrewing and has been at it for a few years. I'm pretty creative with my homebrews. Going from homebrewing to working at a brewery is a big step.
