Irish Red Ale
5% ABV | 25 IBU
Irish-Style Red Ale is an easy-drinking and exceptionally smooth seasonal. Irish Red highlights the arrival of spring with earthy, floral and toffee-like characteristics. A light-body, low hop bitterness and clean malty finish, make the Irish Red Ale befitting for any pub session. Sláinte!
Irish Red is available on draft and in cans at the brewery and at local tap houses & grocery stores.
Killick Export Stout
4.8% ABV | 35 IBU
Steadfast and grounded, this export stout delivers roasty notes of bittersweet cocoa and espresso. A balanced bitterness anchors its bold character while its light body and smooth finish give way to a crisp, slightly creamy edge, making each sip as bold and balanced as its namesake.
Killick Stout is available on draft at the brewery.
Hazy Dust IPA
6.3% ABV | 31 IBU
Hazy Dust returned to our taps this month after a few month hiatus!
Hazy Dust blasts its way to the palate with a burst of papaya, dried mango, and peach aromas. This sesh of soft bitterness and light sweetness flows into a smooth and creamy finish.
Dungeness Dragons Hazy IPA
6% ABV | 37 IBU
Dungeness Dragons also made its way back on draft, and it’s currently just $5 a pint!
Citra, Mosaic, and Krush (HBC 586) hops haul in snappy flavors of ripe stone fruit, zesty citrus, and vibrant berries. This Hazy IPA’s harmonious bitterness and pinch of sweetness deliver a wave of smooth, velvety creaminess.
