The thrill of driving over four hours to a hop farm, the air heavy with the scent of freshly harvested hops, only to immediately turn around with hundreds of pounds of these green nuggets to toss directly into the brew. These vibrant, fresh-off-the-bine hops bring an unparalleled flavor to our craft. It’s the season that reminds us why we fell in love with brewing in the first place—capturing the very essence of freshness in every pint.

Aloramora Fresh Hop Hazy IPA
6.1% ABV / 40 IBU
Unlock the magic of Fresh Hop season with Aloramora Hazy IPA. This hop enchantment is brewed with fresh, whole cone Alora hops from Golden Gate Hop Ranches. This brew casts a spell of fruity complexity with flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sweet melon, and zesty yuzu. A soft bitterness and smooth, juicy finish make Aloramora a potion you’ll want to savor.

The Journey Continues… Sultana Fresh Hop West Coast IPA
6.4% ABV | 69 IBU
The Journey Continues brings freshly harvested Sultana hops straight from Roza Ranch in the Yakima Valley. After battling traffic and running on fumes, we hustled to get the hops into the brew for ultimate freshness. This West Coast IPA delivers bold flavors of ripe pineapple, dankness, and a touch of pine, balanced by firm bitterness and a clean, dry finish. Every sip is a tribute to the adventure it took to get these hops into your glass!

This year, our brewing adventures have been made even more special with the addition of our four-legged companions as hop partners. These furry friends have joined us on every journey to the Yakima Valley, lending their noses and companionship to help us secure the finest hops.
Fergie 'The Hop Dog' helped us sniff out the Alora hops, while Barley 'Beans' the Brew Dog played a key role in navigating the treacherous I-5 corridor to bring home the Sultana hops. Their playful spirits remind us that great brews are crafted not only with quality ingredients, but also with the essence of friendship by our side.
