October at the Brewery

Fall has officially arrived at the brewery. While this marks the start of the slow season, that doesn’t mean it’s any less exciting over here! Keep reading to get up to date on everything happening at Boundary Bay!

We have officially moved to our Fall/Winter Hours

From September 30th through March 17th we will be open Wednesday - Sunday, 11 am - 9 pm.

We are honored to be voted Best Brewery in the 2024 Best of the Northwest Awards from Bellingham Alive!

We are thrilled and honored to be voted the Gold Medal winner for Bellingham Alive’s Best of the Northwest Reader’s Choice Awards 2024 for Best Brewery!

With over 77,000 voters weighing in, it is a great privilege to be recognized by the local community.

In 1995, Boundary Bay’s Owner Ed Bennet set out to bring local craft beer to Bellingham, to be here 29 years later and be chosen for this top spot is the highest honor.

As the oldest and longest running brewery in Bellingham, we strive to be a pioneering and integral part of the Pacific Northwest’s craft brewing culture.

We want to thank everyone who voted and continues to support Boundary Bay Brewery!

Fresh Hops have arrived!

With co-pilots Fergie and Barley we made two trips to the Yakima Valley to bring the freshest hops back to the brewery! With them we’re brewing two delicious fresh hop beers to celebrate the season.

Now on Tap!

Aloramora Fresh Hop Hazy IPA

6.1% ABV | 40 IBU

Unlock the magic of Fresh Hop season with Aloramora Hazy IPA. This hop enchantment is brewed with fresh, whole cone Alora hops from Golden Gate Hop Ranches. This brew casts a spell of fruity complexity with flavors of ripe peach, apricot, sweet melon, and zesty yuzu. A soft bitterness and smooth, juicy finish make Aloramora a potion you’ll want to savor.

Coming October 11th: The Journey Continues Sultana Fresh Hop West Coast IPA!

Brewed with Sultana Hops, this late-season fresh hop is worth the wait. Known for its gigantic hop cone size, Sultana has distinctive pineapple, citrus, and pine flavors. Brewed the last week of September, The Journey Continues will hit taps in the coming days.
