Fresh Hops & Fall Brews
Fall has arrived, and we’ve got so many new beers hitting the taps. From fresh hops to harvest ales, here are all the new beers now available to enjoy at the brewery.
Fresh Hop West Coast Pilsner
5.7% ABV | 30 IBU
This West Coast Pilsner’s ample dry-hop of fresh Cascade hops walks your senses through the Yakima Valley. WCP’s sensationally dank and piney character guides its moderate bitterness, balanced sweetness, and dry, crispy finish into a hop field paradise.
Fresh Hop WCP is only available on draft at the brewery, or in crowlers and growlers to go.
Bine-to-Bay Fresh Hop West Coast IPA
6.7% ABV | 67 IBU
Bine-to-Bay is a West Coast IPA that road trips fresh Simcoe and Citra along the fresh hop trail directly from the Yakima Valley. This hop-forward IPA’s intense aromas of ruby grapefruit and resinous pine drive through a distinct moderate bitterness into a balanced, clean finish.

Sabrocadabro Fresh Hop Hazy IPA
6.4% ABV | 42 IBU
Sabrocadabro is a Fresh Hop Hazy IPA brewed with the expressive and tropical Sabro™ hop. The journey to garner such a mystic hop variety took us from Bellingham to Perrault Farms in Toppenish, WA and back, all within a ten-hour window to ensure that fresh-off-the-bine flavor pops! As Savrocadabro’s aromas of pineapple, coconut and mango levitate on the palate, your pint mysteriously disappears. Is it an illusion… or just a part of the act?

Festbier
5.8% ABV | 21 IBU
Inspired by a German-Style Festbier that you’d likely enjoy at the Oktoberfest celebrations in Munich, this autumn lager is crafted with a delicately selected malt bill that produces toasty, doughy aromas. A light hopping with Perle lends floral notes that fade into an elegant sweetness and clean, crushable lager finish. Prost!

Harvest Ale
6.8% ABV | 28 IBU
Harvest Ale’s arrival heralds colorful leaves and cool northwest breezes. A copious amount of flaked rye expounds a complex depth to an enticing, bright copper-colored, medium-bodied fall seasonal. A light bitterness and flavors of freshly harvested orchard fruit balance its toasted caramel backbone.

The Don Imperial IPA
8.5% ABV | 85 IBU
Three things you need to know about The Don.
The Don answers to nobody, except to intense tropical citrusy flavors.
To The Don hop families are everything - an offer of El Dorado, Citra, and Azacca hops is something you can’t refuse.
The Don returns the favor with a hefty malt backbone that balances the immense hop character. You’ll be enjoying this Imperial IPA, and then bada-bing you find the bottom of the glass.

Cabin Fever
9.0% ABV | 32 IBU
Hit the slopes and cozy up next to the fireplace with the perfect companion: Cabin Fever. Rich and malty with a balanced hop character, our Winter Warmer is, by nature, deceptively strong. With an extended conditioning period, Cabin Fever is blissfully smooth.
Cabin Fever is available only in cans at the brewery until November 1st.
Kōkua West Coast IPA
4.4% ABV | 35 IBU
Brewed to support Wildfire Relief in Hawaii, Kōkua is an easy-drinking West Coast IPA. All proceeds from the sales of Kōkua will benefit those who have been severely affected by the wildfires through Legacy of Aloha, Makai Foundation, and Maui Brewing Co. Fire Fund. An extreme hopping with Mosaic and Waimea hops crafts pungent aromas of fresh pine, light floral, blueberry, and lemon zest. Kōkua’s moderate bitterness glides into a dry, luscious finish. Whale Song Hazy IPA

Whale Song is our brand new limited-release Hazy IPA that breaches with intense tropical aromas. Citra, Strata, Sabro, and Lotus hops dive your senses to the depths with incredible flavors of citrus, peach, strawberry, and a splash of coconut.
