A Fall Lineup that is on FIRE
Mouthwatering. Piquant. Flavorful. Scrumptious. Delectable. Yum. FIRE. While each of our new fall seasonal brews is completely unique in flavor and experience, they all share one thing in common- they each embody their own version of YUM. Over the next week, our fall seasonal menu drops with the much anticipated Sabrocadabro Fresh Hop Hazy IPA, Stratacaster Fresh Hop DDH DIPA, our classic Harvest Rye, and the Dark Side of the Lager.
So, you can either dust off your old thesaurus and try to capture these exciting new beers with words, or you could just head on down to the brewery and experience these delightful, fanciful flavors of fall.
1. Sabrocadabro Fresh Hop Hazy IPA
Sabrocadabro is a Fresh Hop Hazy IPA brewed with the expressive and tropical Sabro™ hop. The journey to garner such a mystic hop variety took us from Bellingham to Perrault Farms in Toppenish, WA, and back, all within a ten-hour window to ensure that fresh-off-the-bine character. As Sabrocadabro’s flavors of kiwi, coconut, orange and guava levitate on the palate, your glass will mysteriously disappear. Is it an illusion... or just a part of the act?
2. Stratacaster Fresh Hop DDH DIPA
Stratacaster is a double dry-hopped Fresh Hop DIPA brewed with the reverberating Strata hop variety grown at Roy Farms in Moxee, WA. Deep tones of ripe strawberries and light caramel wildly shred through your senses into a cadence of moderate bitterness and balanced sweetness. This DDH DIPA flavor riff breakdowns with a smooth, clean coda. Don’t fret, add this to your setlist before it’s gone.
3. Harvest Rye
Harvest Rye’s arrival heralds colorful leaves and cool Northwest breezes. Copious amounts of flaked rye and Skagit Valley malt expound a complex depth to an enticing, bright copper-colored medium-bodied fall seasonal. Light bitterness and flavors of freshly harvested orchard fruit balance its toasted caramel backbone.
