November 2021 Draft Beer Releases

November is here and we couldn’t be more excited to be tapping some seasonally-fitting options, along with a Pale Ale that was our first brew utilizing a brand new quality-assurance procedure implemented during the boil.


Cellar Dweller Cascadian Dark Ale:

6.3% ABV | 66 IBU | 30 SRM | 13.10°P OG

Cellar Dweller, our brand new Cascadian Dark Ale, surfaces from the shadows with a deep chestnut-brown hue and illuminating flavors of sticky pine, chocolate, light roast and stone fruit. Cellar Dweller’s pronounced bitterness leads into a resinous yet exceptionally smooth finish, vanquishing the season’s doldrums.

  • Taste: Pronounced Bitterness | Resinous | Slightly Bitter Finish

Snowbird Brown Porter:

5.3% ABV | 35 IBU | 22 SRM | 13.2°P OG

Snowbird Porter, an adapted homebrew recipe from Brewer Connor, travels to the pint with a bright, dark-brown tint. This brown Porter’s robust use of Sabro hops flies you into a tropical and coconutty haven that’s balanced by exquisite chocolatey notes. Snowbird’s moderate bitterness and light sweetness drifts into a smooth, clean finish apt for the end of any migration.

Revitalizer Pale Ale:

5.4% ABV | 45 IBU | 4 SRM | 13.2°P OG

Revitalizer is a brand new Pale Ale with a striking golden hue and tantalizing citrus character. This Pale Ale is the first beer we brewed utilizing a rejuvenated quality-assurance procedure implemented during the boil. The use of Cascade, Mosaic, CTZ and Cashmere hops invigorates your senses with aromas of bright grapefruit, lemon zest, floral and peach. Revitalizer Pale’s crisp bitterness flows into a snappy, super clean finish leaving you refreshed and ready for a refill.

Cabin Fever Winter Ale:

Stats: 8.7% ABV | 45 IBU | 18°P OG  | 20 SRM

Hit the slopes and cozy up next to the fireplace with the perfect companion: Cabin Fever. Rich and malty with a balanced hop character, our Winter Warmer is, by nature, deceptively strong. With an extended conditioning period, Cabin Fever is blissfully smooth.
