The Beers Bringing Us Into Spring
After a long, cold, and dark winter, we are itching for the sunny skies and warmer days that Spring in Washington brings. While true Spring weather will be arriving later than we hoped, we have a whole new lineup of spring brews for you to enjoy! Sit back, relax, and let us introduce you to the delicious beers that are entering our taproom this month, from exciting limited releases to fresh batches of Boundary Bay classics.
Hazy Dust IPA
6.3% ABV | 31 IBU | 4 SRM | 15.2°P OG
The beginning of Spring also means the beginning of the official mountain bike season at Galbraith! To honor this, we canned a fresh batch of Hazy Dust IPA. Hazy Dust blasts its way to the palate with a burst of papaya, dried mango, and peach aromas. This Hazy IPA utilizes the same hops from our original Cedar Dust IPA, a much bolder dry-hop, and a different malt build that bridges the gap into a dusty ride of haziness. A sesh with Hazy Dust’s soft bitterness and light malty sweetness flows into a smooth and creamy finish.
Hazy Dust is currently available in cans and on draft at the brewery.
Citra Paladin Pale Ale
5.6% ABV | 36 IBU | 4 SRM | 13°P OG
Citra Paladin is a super bright pale ale with a strapping Citra dry-hop that emits a brilliant aroma of orange, lemon, and resin. This Pale Ale’s moderate bitterness crusades forth into a well-balanced, super-clean finish.

Autopilot Jaguar Hazy IPA
5.7% ABV | 40 IBU | 5 SRM | 13.5°P OG
Autopilot Jaguar travels into a new age of flavor with a robust usage of Cryo Citra and Ahhhroma™ hops. The combination drives the palate through an abundance of guava, tropical citrus, and passionfruit piquancy before reaching its smooth and satisfying stop.

Mango Berry Blast Juicy Sour
5.7% ABV | 12 IBU
This sour ale’s beautiful ruby-red hue is complemented by an aura of fruitiness. This kettle-sour’s secondary fermentation with Whatcom County Raspberries crafts a distinct tartness that’s balanced by a delicate sweetness from an addition of mango and strawberry purees.

Kölsch
4.9% ABV | 20 IBU | 2 SRM | 12.1°P OG
This crystal-clear German-Style Kölsch’s brilliant fruit esters blend with light floral, pear, and peach aromas from the delicate use of Northern Brewer and Spalter Select hops. This classic style’s gentle sweetness flows into a refreshing, dry finish.
Available on draft at the brewery in 11, 16 & 20oz pours.
Sunset Voyage Red IPA
6.0% ABV | 33 IBU
A tribute to the beautiful sunsets that illuminate Bellingham Bay, Sunset Voyage Red IPA’s expansive hop usage (Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, and Zappa) evokes aromas of pine, stonefruit, and lemon. The age-old adage still rings true - Red IPA at night, sailor’s delight!

Million Trees IPA
6.8% ABV | 65 IBU | 3 SRM | 16.0°P OG
Million Trees is a West Coast IPA community collaboration brew between Boundary Bay and Whatcom Million Trees Project. This super bright IPA’s hop bill of Simcoe, Columbus, Idaho 7, and Sultana plants deep flavors of pine and citrus throughout the pint. Its pronounced bitterness and touch of dankness grow into a smooth, earthy finish.

AHHH Hazy IPA - Batch 2!
8.0% ABV | 50 IBU | 18.1°P OG
Ahhh is a hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Glacier Hops Ranch. An EXTREME use of Ahhhroma™ hops and El Dorado Hopzoil™ craft bold and complex tropical flavors. Every taste beckons a relaxed and refreshed sigh that yearns for another sip.
Ahhh is currently available on draft in the garden (when open) and will be in the taproom soon.
New Zealand Hazy IPA
6.5% ABV | 36 IBU | 6 SRM | 15.7°P OG
This limited-release Hazy IPA breathes surreal inspiration from the southern hemisphere. Being hopped exclusively with New Zealand varieties (Nectaron, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin), this Hazy IPA extrudes immense aromas of ripe strawberry, mango, peach, light guava and passionfruit. Its fruity and tropical flavors circumnavigate the senses into the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness.

Pallino Italian Pilsner
5.2% ABV | 42 IBU
Pallino is a fantastically bright Italian Pilsner that unifies delicate sweet grassy notes with floral aromas reminiscent of spring blossoms. This crispy, hop-forward lager’s use of Saphir, Spalter Select, Northern Brewer, and Perle hops presents a moderate bitterness that volos into a dry, refreshing finish.
