Winter Cocktail Release

While Winter doesn’t technically start until the 21st, the recent freezing temperatures and arrival of the holidays have got us in a festive mood here at Boundary! To spread the holiday cheer, we’ve released new seasonal cocktails for you to enjoy at the brewery! Ol’ Saint Nick - $13

Vanilla rum, gingerbread syrup, Baileys, egg yolk, and egg white* with grated nutmeg.


The Aficionado - $12

Peloton De Muerte, Brovo Aperitvio, sweet vermouth and Fee Brothers Chocolate Bitters with orange peel garnish.


Spiced Toddy - $11

Spiced honey, Evan Williams Bourbon and lemon juice with lemon wheel and star anise.


Polar Express - $12

Branca Menta and hot cocoa with whipped cream, cocoa nibs, and candy cane garnish.


Brewers Handshake - $12

Originally from Chicago, we’re bringing our Head Brewer Rob (who’s from Illinois) a Mid-West tradition. Our version of the “Chicago Handshake” features a neat pour of Jeppson’s Malört and a pint of Lightner Lager.
