The Beers To Look Out For This February.

While some of us strictly order our known favorites, others are more adventurous and love trying new brews! We’ve got so many new beers coming to the taproom, from classic Boundary Bay flavors to exciting new options, there’s something for everyone to try!

1. Enchanted Frontier Cold IPA

7.5% ABV | 65 IBU | 3 SRM

The voyage of Enchanted Frontier Cold IPA amalgamates the hop-forward nature of an India Pale Ale with the snappy character of a lager. This Cold IPA’s crispy directive warps the palate with dense hop flavor from an intrepid dosing of Cryo Mosaic hops.

2. AHHH! DIPA w/ Glacier Hops Ranch

8.0% ABV | 50 IBU | 18.1°P OG

Ahhh is a hazy double IPA brewed in collaboration with Glacier Hops Ranch. An EXTREME use of  AHHHROMA™ hops and El Dorado Hopzoil™ craft bold and complex tropical flavors. Every taste beckons a relaxed and refreshed sigh that yearns for another sip.

3. Sticky Trees WCIPA (last batch of the year)

7.2% ABV | 62 IBU | 3 SRM | 16.0°P OG

Sticky Trees is a mind melding West Coast IPA collaboration between The North Fork Brewery and Boundary Bay Brewing Co.
Named after one of our mutually loved first runs at the Mt. Baker Ski area, this crystal clear IPA shreds to the palate with additional bursting aromas of mango and citrus. Brewed with spruce tips and hopped with Simcoe, Columbus, and Idaho 7 hops. Dank aromas of resin, pine, and stonefruit carve through its juicy flavors, moderate bitterness, and a touch of stickiness finally stomping the landing with a smooth, crispy turn between the pines.

This is the last batch of Sticky Trees to be released this year, so grab some now before it’s gone!

5. Railroad Ave Amber Ale

5.6% ABV | 28 IBU | 10 SRM | 12.9°P OG

This classic American-Style Amber Ale unites malty and caramel flavors with a low bitterness resulting in a well-balanced, refreshing ale. This flagship brew was just canned for the first time ever!
