The New Seasonal Drinks Coming to The Brewery
We might be a brewery, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy a quality cocktail! We have two new cocktails now available at the brewery, bringing some lighter flavors to your palate. While 6 more weeks of winter were just predicted, these cocktails are a great bridge from the cold, smokey depths of winter to the bright and fruity flavors of spring.

Smokey Valentine - $11
Peloton Mezcal, lime juice, Aperol, cinnamon spice simple syrup, star anise garnish, served on ice in a rocks glass.
Cranberry Mint Mojito - $11
Bravo Gin, lemon juice, cranberry simple syrup, and mint leaves served on ice in a Colin’s glass.

Brewers Handshake - $12
Originally from Chicago, we’re bringing our Head Brewer Rob (who’s from Illinois) a Mid-West tradition. Our version of the “Chicago Handshake” features a neat pour of Jeppson’s Malört and a pint of Lightner Lager.
